You monitor the availability of the fully automatic system and the timely order processing in one of the most modern logistics centers in Europe. You are the interface between the logistics, technology and the automation service provider. You coordinate first-level support, support the production team through targeted monitoring of the system using 3D plant visualization, and escalate disruptions of the technology and material flow to second-level support. You're creating reports, answering the trouble tracking and ensuring the flow of material. You support the optimization and control of the logistics processes and the automated system.
