Our expectations for you Successfully completed training or study in the IT sector (e.g. specialist:in, computer scientist:in) or comparable qualification 1st and 2nd level support for hardware, software and networks Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments Safe handling of network technologies such as TCP/IP, VPN and firewalls Knowledge of IT security and privacy policy Service-oriented operation and pronounced communication strength Ideally experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Confidence with ITIL processes and basic knowledge in script languages (e.g. PowerShell, Bash) First experience in development with programming languages such as C#, C++, Java or Python as well as frameworks (.NET), QT, Docker, Kubernetes and databases desirable Advantages of programming knowledge in an agile environment Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
