For our contract logistics location in Hamburg-Hausbruch we are looking for you as: Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Your future tasks:

• You take over the professional leadership of your team, control personnel deployment and optimize workflows.
• Compliance with operational instructions as well as safety requirements is ensured and controlled.
• You are responsible for the documentation and forwarding of errors and disturbances.
• In addition, you’ll pack up your day-to-day business and ensure order, cleanliness and security in your area of responsibility.

What we want from you:

• Completed training, ideally in the field of warehouse logistics or a comparable discipline.
• Detectable first experience in the professional management of employees, e.g. as a forerunner for warehouse management, goods and goods handling (m/w/d).
• Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as solid MS Office knowledge.
• High sense of responsibility, strong enforcement and the ability to motivate your team and lead with clarity.
