The Schön Klinik Vogtareuth is an internationally recognized specialist clinic. Especially in the field of special medicine for children, the clinic has great expertise, focusing on the treatment and rehabilitation of children with neurological and orthopaedic diseases as well as malformations of extremities. The clinic is also the teaching hospital of LMU Munich and the PMU Salzburg. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a senior physician (m/w/d) for our rehabilitation/International Medical Center at the earliest possible time. Deputy Head: You represent the chief physician competently and take on a responsible key role in clinical management. Holistic care: The comprehensive medical care of the rehab patients ensures from the diagnosis position to the treatment to the monitoring of the course of therapy. Treatment planning: Individual therapy plans develop in close cooperation with an interdisciplinary team, including physiotherapy, ergotherapy and psychology. Professional team leadership: You guide and coordinate the medical staff, promote the training of senior and assistant physicians and support the team in its professional development. Interdisciplinary cooperation: Through close cooperation with other departments and departments, you ensure a holistic and coordinated patient care. Mentoring and Supervision: You take over the technical guidance, supervision and support of assistant physicians as well as medical personnel and thus ensure a high quality of treatment.

You have completed your specialist training in Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine (PRM) or in Internal Medicine with the additional name of Social Medicine. As a specialist in internal medicine, you will cover the entire spectrum of internalist diagnostics and will be happy to support operational departments as well as intensive care centres in a consistent and competent manner. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as the safe, routined handling of MS Office applications are your profile. Finding leadership experience, target-oriented leadership and the ability to motivate and further develop teams, will distinguish you. Teamwork, open communication and active participation in the positive representation of the clinic in the inside and outside are of course for you.
