As an expert data governance (m/w/d) with the focus on energy market data or management and regulatory data, you take responsibility for the further development of the data domains assigned to you at Amprion. Their goal is to enable employees to make more informed and faster decisions. In this position you are a valuable member of our Data Governance team. Together with the team, you develop a comprehensive management concept for data governance processes and ensure their company-wide implementation. These include data quality, master data and metadata management as well as data literacy enhancement. A special focus is on the development and implementation of data governance mechanisms at Amprion, where you can introduce and actively shape the most modern methods.

REQUIREMENTS Designing data governance in the supervised data domains and supporting data quality processes Assessment, prioritization and addressing of action fields in the operation of data governance activities in data domains Drivers, motivator and moderator for specialist departments in the design of data competencies, in the use of data products/models or in the development of data-driven decision models Transfer and monitoring of data strategy into concrete projects, measures and activities Support of stakeholders communication, preparation of management presentations, moderation of decision-making bodies, coordination and support of change management processes

PROFIL completed university studies in the field of engineering, natural sciences, economics or a comparable field of study multiannual experience in data governance as well as enthusiasm and joy in working with people a high degree of initiative and willingness to perform, as well as good analytical and conceptual skills pronounced communication and cooperation capacity combined with the pronounced ability to implement changes strong team spirit and joy in active team formation
