Then you are right with us: Our team is responsible for the project management of the six-, eight- and twelve-cylinder engines for the Mercedes-Benz and AMG Cars – and you can become part of it. With us, you work close to the product, in the middle of the development process and together with a motivated, open team that attaches value to direct exchange, transparency and honest feedback. What awaits you: You will be part of the development of our high-performance drives: from vehicle upgrades to commissioning test vehicles to exciting fault analysis — you are close to the hardware.

Whether presentations, status reports or decision templates: You support us in making complex topics understandable and clear. In addition, you take your own small projects and actively contribute your ideas.

You’ll help design project meetings, coordinate tasks in vehicle management and work daily with motivated colleagues who communicate openly and join you from the start.

What are we looking for? You are studying engineering, industrial engineering or something comparable, bringing true enthusiasm for technology and addressing topics curious, structured and responsible.

You work reliably, communicate directly, openly and constructively – and teamwork is not only a concept for you, but a stance.

Study programme in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable degree programme Basic knowledge of internal combustion engine technology desirable Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Technical understanding and automotive knowledge desirable Driving licence B

Additional information: Working time: 35h/week. duration of the internship: 6 months, from 01.04.2026 (possibly earlier).
