You independently collect real estate market data, analyze them and make sure that our decisions are based on precise and sound evaluations. As a rule, you can participate in market reports as well as in the production of customer-specific market and location analyses for real estate. For this, you work in different market segments and asset classes and develop a deep understanding of relevant trends and developments. You conduct background research for publications and prepare meaningful presentations. You can also visualize spatial relationships, for example in the form of modern maps, infographics and data-based visuals. When building, maintaining and optimizing our research databases, we also count on your structured and dedicated collaboration.

You are in an advanced semester of your master's degree in geography, geoinformatics, VWL or another field of study related to the subject area. Ideally, you already have first experiences in the field of market research and/or in the context of internships or study-related projects. Market research collected – also in the real estate industry. When dealing with numbers, you are just as safe as when creating statistics and are keen to extract important information from large records. To do this, use the current MS Office programs, ideally also geoinformation systems (GIS) or database tools – or you are ready to work into them. You are a language and have very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing; other European foreign languages are of advantage.
