The senator for finance intends to occupy the following body in Unit 26 (EU Audit Authority, Financial Control EU Support Programmes) as soon as possible: (m/d) in the EU Audit Authority with the grade A 14 or salary group 14 TV-L Unit 26 shall act as a audit authority for the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the European Social Fund (ESF/ESF+), the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF/EMFAF) and other EU funding programmes to monitor the correct and correct implementation of the funding programmes. It examines in particular the management and control systems of the bodies involved in the implementation of the programmes and the proper implementation of individual projects and reports on the results to the EU Commission. The unit currently employs 14 people.

The task of the notified body is in the ERDF Fund and includes in particular: independent coordination and quality assurance of the tests to be carried out by the employees (including sampling, testing and controlling); advice and professional support of the examiners in complex tests; coordination of cooperation with the managing authority and other bodies involved in the implementation of the ERDF Fund; conducting audits by the EU Audit Authority, in particular system audits; design and evaluation of efficient testing processes based on international testing standards (ISA); controlling and processing of test results as preparation for reporting to the EU Commission; participation in the continuation of the audit strategy and the audit manual of the audit authority; Cooperation in bodies at federal level and at European level.

a suitable university degree completed with a master degree or equivalent degree, preferably in the fields of administration, economics or decision management, or the qualification for the category 2, second entry office; evidence of professional experience and knowledge in the area of responsibility of the body or in comparable activities of the examination; a strong understanding of legal and business relations; a high level of problem-solving and decision-making capability, a structured, result-oriented and self-responsive operation, innovation joy, initiative and flexibility; communication strength in word and writing, as well as the ability to subject-related oral and written communication in English (at least language level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference (GER)); sovereign occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement capability, pronounced social competence, team and conflict ability, high resilience; the willingness to continue professional training and to carry out business trips.
