Management Assistant (w/m/d) We are looking for you as an assistant to the management (w/m/d) in full or part-time for our customers, a holding company based in the storage city.

Start: from now on (position is short-term to occupy!) Size: Full or part-time (from 28 hours / week)

Tasks:

• Administrative and organisational support of management
• Creation of presentations and protocols
• Coordination of meetings and business trips
• correspondence in German and English
• Research and preparation of analyses
• Support for smaller projects

Requirements profile:

• Completed commercial training, e.g. in the field of office management / law or comparable
• Professional experience in the field of assistance, ideally in the field of law
• Very good German and English skills
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Pleasure of teamwork and independent working
