To strengthen our team of universities Fresenius in Cologne, we are looking for a part-time with 32 hours a week: Consultant (m/w/d).

In this position, you support the academic operation at the Campus Köln and take over various organizational and administrative tasks: Participation in the coordination and administrative management of the teaching establishment in universities and departments at the Campus Cologne Support for the flow of information and communication in Akademia Pre- and post-processing of meetings (jour fixes, audits, workshops, student hearings etc.), including documentation, protocols and results documentation Support for high school events at the location (symposia, conferences, congresses, entrance lectures etc.) Compilation of regular reports and carrying out research activities Regular cooperation in the production, maintenance and evaluation of forecasts and budgets for relevant cost centers Operational collection and processing of personnel requirements in the applicant management system as well as active management of the application process in close coordination with the relevant departments or Divisions Support in preparing and accompanying the onboarding of new lecturers Construction and maintenance of a pool for fee lecturers Close cooperation with the location team as well as central departments such as controlling, accounting and HR
