You are responsible for the responsible order processing, deadline tracking, delivery note and invoice processing in SAP You edit offers and spare parts invitations, create price lists for framework contracts and take over the order processing from the request to the invoice Furthermore, create price and cost calculations in close cooperation with the departments involved and create technical as well as commercial offer The processing of spare parts alerts is just as important as the communication and international customers in word and writing and the monitoring and compliance of the offered order conditions Furthermore, document sales processes and track delivery dates

You have completed training for the forwarding/industrial businessman with a multiannual professional experience or have completed technical or economic studies In addition, you will bring well-founded experience in interior services and sales work in the international environment You are also generally ready for business trips abroad Knowledge in SAP and experience in MS Office applications, especially Excel are desirable An independent, conscientious and reliable way of working German and good knowledge of English complete your profile
