In the OWKA team, quality technicians (m/w/x), process engineers (m/w/x) and production colleagues (m/w/x) work together at eye level – we pass on our knowledge, support us in everyday life and jointly ensure that our optical and mechanical precision components achieve the quality that we expect from a top product.

Your role You adjust and qualify optical and mechanical components on modern test benches and ensure their perfect function.

Together with the relevant interfaces, you clarify tolerances, pay attention to their compliance and thus ensure stable and reproducible results.

The necessary documentation and logging are carried out conscientiously and maintain test and quality data structured in the systems provided for this purpose.

You are responsible for the final control of optical and mechanical components, assemble and adjust smaller assemblies and thus contribute directly to the delivery quality.

In cooperation with the process engineers, you bring your practical experience and support in the further development and optimization of the processes.

In the clean room you work consistently according to the applicable cleanliness and behaviour rules and maintain constructive, collaborative cooperation with the teams from production, quality assurance and logistics.

You have completed technical training as well as a further education for technicians or masters (m/w/x), preferably with a focus on quality management.

Multiannual relevant experience in quality testing or quality management, including the application of common QM methods, will bring you with us.

Your work is structured, independent and methodical, and you can also keep an overview of complex problems.

An extremely careful, quality-conscious working style and a high degree of accuracy are what distinguishes you, especially when using highly sensitive components.

You are ready to work in the three-shift operation in the clean room and reliably comply with the applicable cleanliness and behavior rules.

With PC applications, in particular text processing and spreadsheet, go around safely, capture data routined and documentable.

In addition, you have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing as well as a strong team and cooperation capability.
