Ideally, master's or technician's degree in the field of metal, electrical engineering or lacquer and coating technology with multi-year professional practice in a production plant or in a comparable field of application First management experience with personnel responsibility of advantage In-depth knowledge of work protection, project management and lean management Expertise in dealing with production characteristics and steering approaches to achieving production targets and basic economic know-how Very good German and basic English Secure application of MS Office and SAP High self-initiative, self-professional and entrepreneurial mode of work, organizational institution, commitment and capacity Very good communication, motivation, moderation and presentation skills Ability or readiness for forklift and crane guidance
