Head of Swimming Pool, Spa & Wellness (m/f/d)

Your year-round summer location: Whether the snow falls outside or a autumn storm is raging – in our swimming pool and wellness area the sun shines on 365 days a year. For this “summer resort” we are looking not only for a host, but for a dedicated leader who leads her area with passion, sense of responsibility and a clear line. Management, Leadership & Security: You run the pool and sauna area like your own small company. You always have a look at budgets, cost-effectiveness and optimisation of workflows and are happy to introduce your own ideas to further develop the area. Clear and consistent leadership: you take over the complete staff management in your area. From efficient service planning to holiday planning to the daily support of your team – you create a positive working atmosphere, give orientation and find sovereign solutions in challenging situations. Security & quality without compromise: You are responsible for compliance with all safety, hygiene and water quality guidelines. The consistent implementation of the bathing regulations is obvious to you – always with a view to the safety of our guests and employees. Keep the summer feeling: Despite all administrative and safety-related tasks, your team will ensure that the processes in the background work smoothly and that our guests can enjoy their stay relaxed.

Leadership & Responsibility: You already have leadership experience – ideally in the hotel industry, in the bathrooms or in the leisure area. You guide your team with clarity, appreciation and reliability, make decisions safe and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Together with the hotel management, you continuously develop your area and implement new ideas and concepts successfully. Entrepreneurial thinking: You act economically and understand the relationships between personnel planning, quality and efficiency. Resources use responsibly and plan forward-looking. Organizational talent: You work structured and keep track of administrative tasks, documentation and regulatory requirements. Hands-on-Mentality: You are happy to pack and present where you are needed. As a manager, you are responsive to your team and also assist in operating daily business. The work on weekends and holidays is of course part of the hotel industry. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German for communication with guests, employees and authorities. Other foreign languages are advantageous.
