Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion reporting systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-sectional functions within the business unit are to be set up as an independent unit and subsequently developed by a new owner as a sustainable core business. This position is intended for KEENFINITY GmbH, an innovative company with around 4,200 employees worldwide, which is currently being disassembled from the Bosch Group and operates as an independent company from mid-2025. It offers a dynamic working environment with a lot of design space and exciting development possibilities. They serve and advise our executives and the personnel departments of the business unit on basic personnel topics and research on labour law issues. You will also be involved in the development, negotiation and implementation of individual and collective regulations and conditions of employment. In addition, you support restructuring measures based on labour and business constitutional requirements and actively participate in negotiations with employee representatives. Last but not least, you will regularly discuss the work law processes of the business with experienced lawyers with educational aspects.

Education: first legal examination with a focus on labour law Experiences and know-how: ideally first experiences in the field of human resources, safe to use MS Office Personality and Operation: Flexible and Communative Teamplayer, who works carefully and structuredly Enthusiasm: to work as part of a team of HR topics in a company located in the transformation environment (IoT) Languages: very good German in word and writing, English of advantage
