Our client is an economically successful, producing medium-sized company in the Westerstede area. The position is occupied as part of a direct switching.

An IT system administrator (m/w/d), who takes responsibility and actively shapes the internal IT. You keep the IT running, develop it further and are the contact person for systems, users and IT security. Your work ensures that production, management and processes work smoothly. Depending on the profile, the specialist focus is in one or more of the following areas: Responsibility for the stable operation of the server and storage landscape (physical & virtual) as well as the backup environment. Active support and further development of Windows infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, SCCM). Design and operation of the Microsoft-365 environment including Exchange, Teams and SharePoint. Ensuring performance, availability and IT security in the network and firewall infrastructure (including LAN, WLAN, switching, routing, NAC, VPN). Analysis, prioritization and sustainable troubleshooting as well as continuous optimization of IT environment in 1st and 2nd level support. Management of the hardware and software of clients, mobiles, printers, telephony, and support of applications.

Complete IT training, e.g. as a specialist system integration (m/w/d), or comparable qualification. Experience in at least one of the above areas. Independent, structured way of working and the need to implement things cleanly and sustainably. Embossed communication and team skills. Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English.
