Development and deepening of long-term customer relationships and active development of new contacts and potentials Creation of offers and their active recording Independent handling of customer orders including project coordination Creation and testing of input and output accounts Coordination of national and international land transport Administrative activities

A successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding or foreign trade Experience in customer support as well as pleasure in building new contacts and actively fostering customer relationships Technical basic understanding desirable Structured thinking and working methods, self-employment, self-initiative and pronounced organizational talent Safe handling of MS Office as well as ideal experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Car driver's license as well as the willingness to make appointments outside the usual working hours and expand networks if necessary
