Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Telephone customer service, customer talks as main activity • Order registration, system-side care, input and processing • Customer processing of withdrawals • Creation of evaluations • Post-processing of appointments • Optional: Outbound - Telephone

Your qualifications: • Commercial training • Ideal experience in customer service • Customer contact, communication capability (up to 70 phone calls per day) • Systems: MS Office, desirable Infor (ERP System), Salesforce (CRM System)
