Technical advice and support for our private customers in the field of property, liability, accident and motor insurance Accompanying our customers in contract contracts, damages and ongoing contract management Ensuring smooth processes through professional advice and customer service Participation in the optimization of internal processes for further improvement of service quality We offer you a varied, team-oriented and innovative activity in the interior service with a long-term perspective. Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in insurance (private and corporate customers) Structured, independent and proactive operation High service and customer orientation as well as strong team skills Safe handling of customer communication Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
