Complete medical training for radiology, ideally with a focus on interventional or diagnostic radiology Multiannual experience in executive function, e.g. as a senior physician (w/m/d) High expertise, leadership and organisational skills Willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation and co-design innovative supply models Commitment to medical training and further development of processes and technologies Empathy in dealing with patients and employees Motivation, commitment and values orientation very good communication skills
