Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

Strategy & Trends: You are at home in the social media world, of course move on all relevant platforms and recognize trends, formats and mechanics at an early stage. This feeling is used to continuously develop and enrich our global social media strategy with relevant impulses. Content Creation: You develop and create creative content for all social media channels – including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts – and you will stage our brand world in a platform-oriented manner. Postproduction: You cut and edit videos and footage with tools such as CapCut or native apps and ensure a professional, brand-compliant appearance. Event Coverage: You produce your own content at events and fairs – from live content to stories and reels on site – and bring the brand close to our community. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: You continue to expand our influencer and affiliate network, enter into cooperation and develop creative campaign ideas to increase the range. Community Management: You conduct the active dialogue with our community, strengthen brand loyalty and create an authentic and dedicated online presence. Briefing & Design: You're creating internal design and production briefings for Art Direction and working closely with creative and campaign teams. Reporting & Performance: You are responsible for monitoring and reporting all social media activities using relevant KPIs, analyze successes and guide optimization measures.

Qualification: You have a degree in communication or media sciences or a comparable training in social media management. Professional experience: You have at least five years of operational and strategic experience in the social media sector and have ideally worked on a brand page, with a good understanding of consistent brand management. Platform Competence: You master the professional handling of all relevant social media platforms – in particular Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts/Reels and LinkedIn. Content & Video Editing: You have good knowledge of creating and editing short-form video content and work safely with tools such as CapCut or comparable applications. Analysis & Reporting: You bring experience in dealing with social media insights, analysis tools and KPI monitoring and use data to optimize content strategies. Creativity & communication strength: You have a good sense of text, image and trends and understand how to convey brand messages in an appealing and target group-oriented manner. Working methods: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, secure priorities and stay flexible and hands-on even in dynamic situations. Affinity for the brand & industry: You are passionate about music, audio and sound technology, ideally know our products and understand how to authentically address the audience. Language skills: You have very good English knowledge in word and writing. Ready to travel: You are ready to occasionally travel to events, fairs or content productions.
