Employees Service Processing Quality Management (m/f/d)

The Quality Management team is passionate about the continuous improvement of processes and standards in the field of performance processing. Through close cooperation with the departments, we promote a culture of quality and innovation and thus actively contribute to the further development of our services. Your future tasks: You check and optimise existing quality standards in damage processing You develop new standards and implement them to ensure a first-class service level You build meaningful quality indicators, keep them in mind and continuously develop them You design and conduct training for employees Proactively improve processes by analyzing feedback and quality data in a structured manner

You bring very good knowledge in MS Office and in Jira and Confluence You are sure to use CRM systems, modern analytic tools and agile digital working methods You ideally have knowledge in the CE industry, the FH structure, the repair industry and the WGG product portfolio You work structured, data-based and with a pronounced quality awareness You are convinced by strong communication and moderation capabilities and ideally brings experience in carrying out training You work collaboratively, you also perform vigorously and find solution-oriented approaches You have completed a commercial training or a degree course and have at least two years of professional experience in quality management or in performance management, ideally in the insurance environment You have very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as English knowledge at least on B2 level
