For our Transformation business unit, we are looking for you as Senior Consultant Total Rewards & SuccessFactors Technology (w/m/d). It's waiting for you HR IT projects – You help globally leading companies to shape their Total Rewards management more globally and system-integratively. You combine experiences from conceptual consulting and process optimization with interest in implementation work related to HR-Cloud Solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors. Solutions – You work for our national and international customers on holistic solutions that focuses on digitalization through HR Cloud technology in addition to taking into account the classic HR concepts and change implications. Our projects include the analysis, design and implementation of holistic HR IT strategies as well as the support of the resulting digital transformation in the context of Total Rewards. Knowledge advantage – You contribute to the further development of our competencies, value propositions and our team and develop your expertise to digitize the Total Reward approach based on SAP SuccessFactors and the appropriate technical developments and technical concepts. Responsibility – Depending on your experience, you take responsibility for selected tasks, for sub-projects or the overall project management and work on the acquisition and extension of consulting projects also outside Total Rewards.

That's what you bring You have successfully completed your studies in economics, business management, business informatics, or a comparable degree program. As a consultant, you have experience in compensation management that you could gain through internships as well as at least one year of professional experience. Ideally, you have already gained consulting experience in the Total Rewards context. As a senior consultant, you have at least three years of professional experience in remuneration management and already brings consulting experience in the Total Rewards context. You are interested in trends and developments in the field of remuneration and can translate them into technical solutions for current and future customers using your entrepreneurial thinking and acting. You are technically interested and motivated to learn SAP SuccessFactors in the context of Compensation & Variable Pay and actively promote our customer projects. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile. Your communication strength and your safe appearance will support you in working with international teams and with our customers.
