As an Inside Sales in the Department of Labour Market Services (w/m/d), you build strong customer relationships with demand providers, labour market promoters and the middle class in your region, understand their needs and want to advance our customers and thus our business. As an Inside Sales in the Department of Labour Market Services (w/m/d), you will consult the educational and customer advisors of the regional JobCenter and employment agencies or other institutions of labour market promotion. You offer our holistic solutions, services and products for specialist safety. In addition, you are addressing medium-sized companies, within certain focus sectors, and analysing their short- and medium-term personnel development and skills needs. You use various sales channels for the systematic distribution of our service portfolio. In close cooperation with marketing, you organize customer events for the demand providers and target customers and represent the TÜV Rheinland at trade fairs, you use the social media channels to market our services. You work on incoming leads and develop them into new sales opportunities. Building on a good wire to our customers on the middle level, you develop this and enjoy active cross-selling. In close cooperation with the operative colleagues, you will create concepts and offers based on a compliant and timely calculation. You ensure the tracking of the supply operations and care for the distribution-relevant data in the CRM system.

Vocational training in commercial or technical fields Ideally, you bring professional experience in sales in the service environment and knowledge in the fields of education and training, or SGB III Excellent sales and negotiation skills and a high liability Embossed service and customer orientation and a proactive communication style Safe handling of common office programs Flowing German skills (C1 level) are essential for your consulting and negotiation talks with our customers
