Craftsman / Painter – Garbsen (m/f/d)

As a painter / craftsman all-rounder (m/w/d), you carry out painting, painting and maintenance work in our existing buildings and new building projects. With your craftsmanship, you make sure that our properties remain permanently maintained, functional and appealing. Painting and painting: carrying out spatula, painting and painting work in the indoor and outdoor areas as well as in existing buildings and new construction projects. Surface preparation: execution of spatula work, processing of internal and external plaster as well as preparation of plaster and dry surfaces. Tapering & refurbishment: implementation of wallpaper work and support in refurbishment and maintenance, including small mold removals. Coatings: Painted walls, ceilings, doors, door frames and radiators with various paint and coating systems. Maintenance: Support for general craft work to maintain the value of our buildings and facilities.

Your profile: Experience: Multiannual practical experience in painting or in a comparable artisanal activity. A completed design as a painter and painter is advantageous, but no prerequisite. Handicraft skills: safe handling of painting and maintenance work as well as solution-oriented work. Operation: Self-employed, reliable and well-organized working methods with high quality standards. Team skills: joy in cooperation as well as open and valuable communication in the team. Mobility: Class B licence is required.

Framework conditions: Place of use: Hannover, Topas ImmoTec GmbH. Hours: Full-time with 40 hours per week. Type of contract: Unlimited. Payment: For a weekly working time of 40 hours, the monthly gross salary is between € 3.008.46 and € 3.525.24, depending on the experience.
