The Best Western Hotel Brunnenhof is located in Weibersbrunn, in the heart of the Rhine-Main area. All 52 rooms are modernly furnished and have contemporary comfort such as W-Lan and electronic locking system. In addition to our restaurant, our hotel has a meeting and event area with rooms for up to 150 people. The hotel is perfectly connected to the region via the A3 motorway. Type of employment: Full time

Management and planning: You coordinate the service and holiday plans, plan help if necessary and ensure that all employees are used efficiently. Quality assurance: You carry out regular room and floor checks and ensure quality throughout the housekeeping area. Staff management and training: You select new team members, take care of their training and organize further training. Ordering and storage: You are responsible for ordering consumer goods, stockkeeping and budget. Cleaning and maintenance: You will ensure careful and economical use of cleaning equipment and take care of the care of the hotel equipment and the notification of repairs. Communication: Daily coordination with the Directorate and departments is also one of your tasks to ensure our high standards together. Organisation and control system: You support the team in peak times, coordinate the cleaning of public areas and organize a smooth process. Funded management and guest requests: You manage objects and take care of special guest wishes such as additional blankets or ironing service.

Experience in a leading position in housekeeping, preferably in hotel business Organizational talent and the ability to lead and motivate a team Reliable, structured operation and high quality standards A friendly, safe appearance to guests and colleagues Good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge is advantageous Knowledge of labour law regulations and company standards
