In production planning, you are responsible for the planning, booking and coordination of the teams, resources and processes - and so make sure that our TV productions and all other processes run smoothly. The place is limited to 12 months. This is what awaits you You first set up schedules for employees in the TV production plant and take over the short-term disposition in case of illnesses, additional bookings, etc. in the daily business In addition, you will advise customers, project and production managers when booking personnel and technology, as well as project processing of post and studio productions You carry out administrative activities in the field of production (e.g. ordering processes, control of input invoices) and start analysis and evaluations in the field of MRP You also process the invoices of customer orders from the studio and post production area

You have successfully completed a commercial training and could ideally gain experience in the broadcast area You are cooperative, team-oriented, work independently structured and keep an overview even in stressful situations You also have the willingness to work in shiftwork (also on holidays and weekends) You have well-founded PC user knowledge, have fun dealing with people and have absolute discretion Very good German and English skills complete your profile
