Our client is a successful industrial company in West Saxony, between Zwickau and Plauen. Due to continued growth, the HR team is looking for support in recruitment, recruitment, social media recruiting.

The position is indefinite to occupy full-time at the next possible time.

Development and implementation of target group-specific recruiting strategies for professionals and trainees Planning, creation and support of social media recruiting campaigns, for example on career platforms Organisation and implementation of career fairs, university events and azuubi events to attract new talents Establishment and further development of employer branding measures to strengthen the employer brand and increase visibility on the labour market Control of the entire application process – from the address of suitable candidate: inside to the accompaniment in the selection and onboarding process Close cooperation with external service providers for recruitment

Successfully completed studies or commercial training with a focus on personnel, marketing, communication or comparable qualifications Practical experience in recruiting as well as dealing with social media platforms and modern active-sourcing methods, ideally in the industrial environment Creativity and Feeling for Trends in Employer Branding and Target Group-oriented Candidate Address Communication strength, safe appearance and joy in working with people – both online and at trade fairs and events Self-employed, organised working methods and high self-initiative and team capacity
