Specialist ESG Data Management (m/f/d)

You support the management of the technical development of the ESG reporting systems from data collection to evaluation and help users in data collection. To do this, you will create training documents and carry out training to use ESG systems. You are responsible for the inclusion and implementation of system adjustments and are responsible for technical documentation. You create partial sections of the CSRD-compliant Sustainability Declaration and take care of the maintenance, monitoring and monitoring of the associated data, documentation and text generation processes. In addition, you support the coordination of operational control circuits with sustainability reference, maintain the internal detection documentation for external audits and accompany the further development of the Group-wide sustainability strategy. You observe national and European sustainability regulations, support their implementation and identify and evaluate impacts, risks and opportunities. You accompany certification processes, sustainable customer requirements and advise management, specialist areas and other internal stakeholders on relevant sustainability issues.

You have a completed degree in business management or a comparable qualification, for example a commercial training with corresponding professional experience. You bring professional experience in controlling, in particular in the field of KPI creation, analyses and reporting, as well as experience in related IT-related tasks. Ideally, you have knowledge of sustainability reporting, corporate reporting or project management. You are interested in legal issues as well as in data structures and bring knowledge to SAP ERP, SAP BW and SAC as well as in the common Microsoft applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as English knowledge in at least C1 level. Team skills, initiative and a structured way of working complete your profile.
