Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of project experts and targeted further development of employees Control and implementation of cross-departmental transformation and optimization projects from idea to rollout Responsibility for digitalization and change initiatives, especially in the field of AI, process automation and organisational development Development of processes, structures and target images for a future-oriented technical service Ensuring professional and standardised project management taking into account quality, costs and dates, including structured risk management Sparring partners and coach for project managers:inside and co-development of project management standards Active stakeholder management

Complete study of economic, engineering or natural sciences or comparable qualification Long-standing professional experience in transformation, strategy or digitization projects Multiannual leadership experience including development of teams in the project or process environment Knowledge of modern project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, Scrum, SAFe) Experience in managing complex, cross-sector projects and in stakeholder management to C levels Knowledge in the real estate or technical environment is advantageous Embossed Analytical Thinking Power, Negotiating Skill and Hands-on-Mentality
