With us you are right if you are happy to work with young people and you want to accompany and support them in their development. We are looking for a social pedagogue or (m/w/d) in full or part-time.

You accompany young people in the process of understanding and promote their personality and competence development. You develop school and professional perspectives with them, supported in everyday life and in the living environment. You motivate and support clients in recreational design and social participation.

You have a completed study of social work, social education with state recognition or a comparable, qualifying degree as a pedagogical specialist within the meaning of SGB VIII. You value transparency, participation and appreciation as well as binding, targeted work and live these values. You bring the ability to develop a social pedagogical assessment and methodological approach and to record it in writing in the form of reports/documents. You trade sovereignly in crisis situations, reflect your understanding of work, your case management and working relationships, and you want to develop professionally. Ideally, you have the class B licence.

We will directly involve you in our warm team, with regular supervision and participation in team meetings. Your remuneration is based on the TVÖD (S12) and is 100% depending on the professional experience, between €147 and €5.634, plus time supplements for night, holiday and Sunday work, Christmas money and an additional performance-oriented premium.
