Responsible subproject management: You coordinate workstreams as part of the implementation of our new HR system and actively shape the introduction of new recruiting processes. Process and system development: You analyze existing recruiting processes, develop them together with internal interfaces and develop efficient digital solutions. Location support: You accompany our locations as a competent contact person for talent acquisition and advise them on suitable recruiting measures. Job ad management: You create and publish the most target-group-oriented job alerts and ensure optimal placement of our vacancies. Project and concept work: You participate in the further development of our talent and recruiting strategies, bringing your own ideas and shaping cross-departmental HR projects.

You have a completed study or training in the field of business, human resources or a comparable qualification. You bring relevant professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or HR project management. Your strength lies in communication in word and writing, and you always meet the right sound for the respective audience. You are a real team player and work constructively as well as success-oriented with different departments and locations. You are characterized by a solution-oriented, structured and independent way of working, as well as self-initiative and empathy. You are sure to deal with the common office products and ideally already have experience with the applicant management system SmartRecruiters.
