Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in commercial and commercial goods receipt Planning, control and continuous development of goods receipt processes Development and promotion of employees through regular feedback talks and support in daily business Ensuring compliance with applicable shipping and packaging regulations Responsibility for the implementation of regulations in the fields of occupational safety, environmental and health Care and evaluation of relevant performance indicators in the receipt of goods Active cooperation on sector-related projects and special topics

Finding understanding of logistical processes as well as multiannual experience in a comparable position – a further training to the logistics master (IHK) or a similar qualification is advantageous Multiannual experience in the management of commercial and/or commercial teams in the logistics environment – also as a shift or in a comparable management function Good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) and ideally experience with warehouse management systems, SAP R/3 as well as customs processes Good English knowledge of word and writing Responsibility and ability to act sovereignly even in demanding situations Communication strength and empathy in dealing with different personalities Loadability, reliability and initiative – you act as a model for your team
