Responsible for design, automation, care and continuous improvement of the Incident Management Process Ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in handling requests to ensure user satisfaction Definition of key figures (KPI) for controlling and checking the process and regular measurements based on the agreed KPIs and deriving optimization potentials Support of the team management IT service processes in preparing and preparing the morning meeting of all currently open IT institutions Development and introduction of necessary measures to prevent recurring IT incidents Incident reporting and ensuring the quality of documentation
