On behalf of this economically stable global player, we are looking for a leading personality for the position of the team leader sales outside service Energy distribution (m/w/d) in the region of Germany North East.

In your role, you are responsible for the disciplinary leadership of a team of 9 external personnel from the environment of project management in the energy distribution sector. You bring your practical professional experience from the project business in the environment of energy technology profitably, take over the project management for large projects themselves and keep your team's back free in the event of customer-side escalations or complaints.

As a leader, you are strengthened and created to build a team culture and establish yourself as the first competent representative for your employees. Take strategic thinking as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality and an authentic, sovereign way.

We are looking for guided candidate: inside with technical expertise in electrical engineering, ideally in the environment of energy technology, medium voltage and/or switchgear engineering, and with real pleasure in leadership tasks. Strategic expansion of the Purchasing and Project Business in the Region Active Market Processing & Building a Strong Customer and Project Network Professional and commercial responsibility for energy distribution projects up to €1.5 million Ensuring a professional and efficient project sequence First contact point in the team for customer complaints and escalation management Discipline leadership and further development / Coaching of your decentralized team of 9 staff members in your region Travel readiness within Germany approx. 25%

successfully completed studies in electrical engineering; alternatively successfully completed training as an electrical technician, electric master or electric engineer or in the field of energy technology Knowledge of electrotechnical solutions – ideally in the field of energy distribution / energy technology up to 4000A Proven expertise in the project business combined with high customer orientation and a pronounced commercial understanding Multiannual experience in disciplinary personnel management Team player with modern, inclusive leadership style English well to fluent in word and writing
