Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Sutthauser Straße 280, 49080 Osnabrück From our central IT service in Osnabrück as a second level IT supporter, you will explore the IT users of the Köster Group in the nationwide branches and the construction sites You help with hardware or software malfunctions You analyze, solve and document requests and answer the progress of tickets as part of our Incident Management You install and configure standard PCs, notebooks and smartphones with the help of software distribution and mobile device management and supports the workstation by building the IT equipment (PC, notebook, monitor, telephone, printer) You manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Entra ID

You have a completed vocational training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification and have already gained first professional experience in supporting IT users. You can quickly find yourself in new IT programs and it makes you happy to help others deal with it You have well-founded expertise in computer hardware and software and bring network basic knowledge with You draw your attention through professional communication, team skills and resilience You have knowledge of managing iPhones and iPads using Microsoft Intune You have knowledge of the support and operation of Matrix42 Service Management
