(Senior) Solutions Engineer / Project Manager – Logistics Planning (m/f/d)

With us, you will successfully design new logistics solutions for the automotive, industrial & technology and consumer & fashion sectors: You are responsible for the development and costing of innovative logistics concepts and their presentation with well-known customers – you work closely with internal and external stakeholders. Cost calculation: You determine the billing prices based on the total cost – from stock layout to processes to personnel, property and investment costs. Offer presentation: You convince with clearly prepared solutions, represent them confidently and conduct negotiations with the customer. Team leadership: You lead changing project teams in Solutions Engineering and coordinate the exchange with operational executives and specialist areas such as IT, Purchasing, Technology, Personnel or Law. Implementation: You implement your concepts and track the success of your projects beyond the introduction. Innovation: You develop processes, share your knowledge and are ready to go boldly new ways and extra mile for the success of the entire team.

You work independently and precisely – we can rely on you. Your ability to analyse and process logistics data as well as to understand and calculate business relationships, you have been able to constantly demonstrate in the development of logistics concepts. Qualification: You have completed your studies in industrial engineering, BWL or logistics. Professional Practice: You have already gained experience in logistics conception, solution design, logistics controlling or in the processing of alerts in intralogistics / contract logistics. Competence: You understand intralogistic processes, technology and IT, analyze complex data and calculate business relationships and visualize and convey processes in a comprehensible manner. Customer orientation: You develop innovative solutions and present them safely in German and well in English – you will travel occasionally. Tools: You use MS Office, especially Excel and Visio, as well as MTM and CAD to develop modern logistics concepts.
