Here you can find out more about us! The body ensures compliance with regulatory requirements according to MaRisk and supports the continuous development of an effective compliance management system. The position contributes to the early identification, evaluation and control of compliance risks and promotes the sustainable anchoring of a compliance culture in the company. The close cooperation with departments and relevant interfaces ensures the consistent design and implementation of business processes. In addition, the body ensures the continuous exercise of the compliance and data protection tasks, in particular in the case of representation, and supports the management by means of sound analyses, advice and reporting. In this task, you will: supporting the MaRisk Compliance function in implementing, developing and monitoring the compliance management system and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; Takeover of Representation Tasks for the MaRisk Compliance Officer in case of need Accompanying the implementation of regulatory requirements (MaRisk) in the areas of expertise and advice on the process design and assessment of the adequacy and effectiveness of controls Active regulatory monitoring and newsletter management with analysis, assessment and documentation of new requirements and derivation and follow-up of measures Implementation and further development of compliance controls including evaluation of results, identification of optimization potentials and support of improvement measures Interface work and consulting of the departments in all compliance-relevant issues as well as close cooperation with internal commissioner functions Participation in reporting, documentation, training and projects including support in data protection, as well as further compliance and representation tasks in the company

This is ideally brought with you: Completed bank-sales training or studies (right or business) with the Master degree, combined with 3-5-year professional experience in the relevant field Very good knowledge of the MaRisk as well as relevant regulatory and legal requirements in the banking environment Multiannual experience in building up, developing and monitoring compliance management systems and in carrying out controls Ability to analyze, evaluate and optimize business processes under compliance and risk points Competence in the analysis of regulatory developments, derivation of measures and addressable reporting to management and supervisory bodies You bring the ability to analyze information in a structured manner, take initiative and develop solutions independently.
