In your role as a system specialist (m/w/d), you coordinate and perform maintenance measures on installations of all kinds of technical building equipment, e.g. fire alarm/stripping systems, RLT systems, GLT systems and infrastructural installations, in particular on bus and IT systems of technical building equipment You manage maintenance and maintenance independently and in the team with your colleagues and coordinate external service providers if necessary You take over projects independently – from planning to creating lists of services to offering and awarding As a contact person for network and bus systems, ensure safe operation of the technical building equipment Interference traps outside the regular work time cover a call readiness together in the team

Qualification: You have completed vocational training in the field of electronics. Additional training to the technician (m/w/d) of electrical engineering is desirable. Experience: You have at least three years of professional experience in the maintenance of technical building equipment. Know-how and skills: You possess well-founded knowledge in network technology, KNX and Siemens Desigo CC as well as a good understanding of BUS and IT systems. You are curious and open to new technologies. Nice to have: You have experience in project work as well as dealing with performance directories and tenders. Personality: You work structured and solution-oriented, like to take responsibility and are characterized by communication strength and team capacity. Language skills: You have very good German knowledge and basic knowledge in English.
