Insolvency clerk (m/f/d)

We are one of the leading insolvency law firms and are part of the international law firm. Its core area includes corporate restructuring, restructuring and liquidation as part of insolvency proceedings, but also in advance of insolvency for the purpose of avoiding insolvency. You support our insolvency administrators:involving consumer and corporate insolvency procedures You independently handle the resulting correspondence You prepare the correspondence You guide tables You make demands You take the (simplified) financial accounting from commercial and insolvency perspectives and organize the relevant documentation as well as the processing of simple tax issues

You ideally have completed training as a lawyer (m/w/d), as a tax specialist (m/w/d), a comparable qualification (commercial or legal training) or relevant professional experience You bring your first professional experience in insolvency management, but you are also a professional starter:in or cross-comer: welcome to us You are safe in handling MS Office applications; ideal are knowledge in handling winsolvenz p4 and LEXolution as well as accounting programs You are reliable, team-oriented, proactive and work very carefully You have the talent to keep the essentials in mind even in high phases and to react flexibly to new situations that arise in the field of bankruptcy management
