For our infrastructure and services department at the Helmstedt site, we are looking for a project management for construction projects as soon as possible.

Responsibility for project development and realisation of operating properties, e.g. office and workshop buildings (mainly buildings in stock) Coordination of planning, tendering and realization of construction projects and reconstructions incl. Project controlling Date, cost and quality control in compliance with legal and budget requirements of the associated projects (project management and control) Cooperation with planning offices and exporting companies and service providers Creation of reports, documentation and presentations Contractor representation as part of the responsible projects Takeover of special tasks that can be defined in time in consultation with the executive

You have a successfully completed degree, preferably as a civil engineer, economic engineer or a comparable field of expertise and are interested in construction projects in civil engineering. Ideally, you already have experience in project management. You have a high degree of flexibility, self-employment, enforcement ability and team skills. You're an organizational talent and you're characterized by your good communication skills. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting are your strengths. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1).
