For our SOS Children's Village in Augsburg we are looking for a

in permanent employment, part-time (30 to 34 hours/Where.) Your task: As department management, you assume the professional, human and economic responsibility for the management area of the SOS Children's Village in Augsburg. Together with the institution management and other executives, you develop sustainable structures and create reliable framework conditions for our educational work. Your tasks include: You lead and develop the employees of the administration and the technical service in an appreciation and targeted manner. You control administrative and commercial processes and ensure proper processing in financial, contractual and accounting. You contribute to budget and budget planning, create economic evaluations and keep in mind the economic development of the institution. You analyse existing workflows and develop them with a view to efficiency, transparency and reliable responsibilities. You prepare wage negotiations professionally and accompany their implementation. You work closely and trustfully with the installation management and actively contribute your expertise to the management round. You coordinate cooperation with the building department and accompany relevant building, maintenance and property topics on the administrative side. You will ensure the implementation of the child and care requirements applicable to your area of responsibility. This will make you an essential contribution to ensuring that our educational offers can be implemented economically, reliably and sustainably.

Your qualifications and skills: We are looking for a personality that combines professional competence with leadership and an appreciation attitude: Graduate degree: You have a completed economic or comparable degree. Leadership experience: Ideally, you will bring experience in a leading position in the administrative area and understand how to motivate, accompany and develop teams. Expertise: You have a well-founded knowledge of the current MS Office applications and are open and able to work quickly into systems such as SAP, the client software TopSoz and our personal software. Organizational institution: You are characterised by a structured, solution-oriented and efficient way of working and keep track of complex tasks. Communication strength: You communicate clearly, bindingly and at eye level, both within your team and in cooperation with other areas. Social competence: You meet employees with esteem, perform with empathy and design relationships professionally in the field of tension of proximity and distance.
