Your tasks include both general reception activities and, inter alia,: Complete execution of all reception work, check-in, check-out, cash billing, checks, reporting, daily accounts guiding a layer and ensuring a complete transfer to the following layer Overview of the general booking situation with the aim of optimal utilization of the hotel Increase in sales by using the Up-Sell program (rooms, arrangements, cross selling etc.) Consumption and follow-up of complaints Processing accounting tasks in the reservation process Creation of group offers according to the requirements of the Front Office Manager Examination of reservations, overbookings and options Co-responsibility for managing the channel manager

You have: a completed training in the hotel and corresponding professional experience in the front office area a decision-proof, structured and independent operation high quality standards Joy in dealing with people as well as positive radiation and work attitude good to very good English skills in word and writing good computer skills and hotel software systems, ideally PROTEL
