The place is offered in full time with a 35-hour week.

Ensuring project objectives in terms of time, scope, cost and quality, in compliance with internal and external guidelines Structure, leadership and promotion of project teams - also across functions in a matrix organization Planning and control of all project phases, including risk and chance management Coordination with internal interfaces, customers and national and international partners Supplier and partner management to ensure quality, timeliness and efficiency Use and integration of Lessons Learned for continuous process improvement Support for contract management and change management within the project framework

Complete technical studies (e.g. aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering or comparable) At least 3 years of professional experience in project management or engineering - ideally in the aviation industry Experience in project management and project organization of complex development or production projects Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge required in risk management Basic knowledge of Lean Management and Change Management German and English skills Travel readiness for occasional journeys within Europe, in particular to the United Kingdom
