Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Responsibility for strategic orientation and operational implementation of the IT procurement process including Budget and cost control Definition, implementation and continuous improvement of policies, processes and key figures in IT purchasing Management of the supplier and partner network, building long-term partnerships and carrying out performance, risk and compliance analyses Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team of procurement, license/contract, IT controlling and IT governance negotiation of demanding licensing and service contracts in the national and international environment; Ensuring compliance with legal, financial and technical requirements Establishing a holistic licensing and contract strategy and controlling the contractual and license portfolio Construction and further development of a transparent IT controlling for the production of the number-number-based control Close cooperation with IT, financial/legal department, compliance, security and specialist areas – as a central savings partner and driver Monitoring of market and license trends (e.g. subscription models, cloud contracts, new data and licensing concepts) and introduction to strategic planning

You have a successfully completed degree (e.g. BWL, Business Informatics) or a comparable well-founded commercial or technical training with corresponding further qualification. You bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the operational IT purchase, ideally in an international environment. You have deep expertise in purchasing IT systems, licenses, cloud solutions and IT services as well as managing complex procurement processes. You can demonstrate demonstrable success in the negotiation and design of IT procurement contracts. You're going over with MS Office. You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing for global communication. You are convinced by pronounced analytical thinking, strategic skill, negotiation strength and a structured and result-oriented way of working. You bring a high team capacity, communication strength and a proactive hands-on mentality. Nobody is perfect! You don't meet the requirements to 100% and you still want the job?
