Your tasks:

From the first idea to the successful start-up, you process the performance phases 1–9 independently and ensure a structured, targeted project execution The timely and appropriate implementation of our investment measures is in your hands – costs, quality and progress you always keep in mind At the interfaces between subprojects, you are responsible for smooth processes and coordinate the development of the technical infrastructure in close coordination with the commercial project team Internal and external contract management (KrV, LV, LeiV as well as engineering contracts) also take care of yourself – in addition, you organize and accompany test runs and ensure their proper implementation With an analytical perspective, you prepare strategic and operational decision bases for the project management and thus contribute significantly to the project success Thanks to your networked, cross-departmental thinking, you identify and evaluate project risks early and take appropriate measures Existing planning bases carefully check for completeness, plausibility and quality – you can recognize and use optimization potential consistently Planning offices commission and manage your own responsibility, including structured follow-up management

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed technical/university study in the field of civil engineering and architecture or a comparable background (ideally with knowledge in the field of construction engineering, construction or architecture) You could already gain professional experience in building project management, preferably in the handling of infrastructure projects of the railway, and bring good knowledge in contract law (VOB, HOAI etc.) with You have well-founded user knowledge in handling MS Office (also MS Project, iTWO) and a basic IT affinity is of course for you Customer, cost- and quality-oriented thinking and action as well as a self-responsible and result-oriented manner are of course for you You like to work and successfully in a team – address-oriented communication and information exchange are also yours You can adjust the changing project requirements with high operational readiness and flexibility You convince with your sovereign and self-confident appearance In addition, you have the class B licence
