Leadership – You will guide your layer and the associated areas using modern leadership methods that promote motivation and performance Layer planning – You take over the planning and coordination of the layers and ensure that all production processes run smoothly Technical support – For technical problems, you can contact us and support your colleagues to find quick solutions Production overview – You keep an overview of ongoing production, control personnel requirements, coordinate pause resolutions and monitor the committee to ensure maximum efficiency Improvement Management – You check and capture error collection cards to continuously identify potentials for improvement and optimize processes Quality Assurance – You check the safety, usability and quality of the processed products and processes to ensure that all specifications and standards are complied with

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Continuing education – ideally you have completed a specialist training to master or technician Professional experience – at least 3 years of experience in plastics processing Leadership – You already have leadership experience in production and understand how to motivate teams, successfully initiate and create a motivating atmosphere Knowledge of plastics, tooling, process and automation technology Safe handling of popular MS Office applications Layer readiness – you are ready to work in the 3-layer system
