DOREAFAMILIE is a group of companies that provides a wide range of services in old care at around 50 locations within Germany. You control central projects with high strategic relevance in close cooperation with the management and operational teams.

You design, plan and coordinate digitalization, IT and innovation projects – for example software rollouts, process optimizations or the introduction of AI applications.

You develop project structures, time and resource plans and keep track of modern project management tools at any time.

You are fashioning interdisciplinary project teams, bringing experts and executives together to ensure transparent and constructive cooperation.

You will set up decision templates, reports and communication documents for management.

You accompany change processes and support teams in the introduction of new tools and working methods – with training, structure and fingertip feeling.

With a strategic vision and a high level of implementation, you will advance key topics such as digitalization, AI and other projects. You work closely with the management and our operating units – always with the aim of improving our processes and bringing new ideas to the streets. You have a degree or a comparable qualification – ideally related to management, health, care or digitization.

You have experience in managing or coordinating complex projects – like social or healthcare.

You are well familiar with common project management tools and use them in a sovereign way.

You work structured, think solution-oriented and trade independently.

You will certainly appear, communicate clearly and understand how to combine different interests constructively.

You are interested in topics such as AI, digitalization and modern leadership models.
