We, the modern and powerful company KOE – “Eigenbetrieb Local Property Management and Development of the Hanse and University City of Rostock”, are responsible for the cost-effective management, development and marketing of all urban properties as well as the freight transport center (GVZ) Rostock. Our tasks: The extensive tasks of KOE's own company are reflected in the daily life of the Hanse and University City of Rostock. Whether for example administrative buildings, daycare centers, schools, sports facilities, meeting centres or commercial premises – the construction or rehabilitation and entertainment of the municipal real estate required for this purpose contributes to a good infrastructure and a positive and friendly cityscape. You take over the project management with regard to project stages and performance phases 5 to 8 You assist in the tendering of planning services and construction services, including accompaniment and technical examination of performance directories You accompany the construction monitoring of the exporting companies in terms of quality, construction time, costs, contract and carry out regular object visits as well as construction consulting in close cooperation with the specialist building management You are responsible for the timely audit and the ongoing monitoring of cost development You create all required maintenance contracts, assemble revision documents and carry out handovers as part of the documentation for object management You evaluate existing building technology, define and plan and maintain measures catalogues, as well as implement conservation and repair measures

You have completed your studies in the fields of plant and utility technology, building technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification with corresponding experience and knowledge You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of heating, ventilation and sanitation and have sound knowledge in the field of maintenance and maintenance of all technical installations of building equipment You are safe in handling VOB/VOL and ideally also with HOAI You have experience in the application software of building control technology and advantageously SAP knowledge You are characterized by very good team skills, high operational readiness, loyalty, unity and identification with employees and tasks You have a car driving licence B (old: driving licence class 3)
