In IT operations, we are responsible for providing and supporting a diverse IT infrastructure of our degewo Group. Our IT administration ensures smooth operation of the entire IT infrastructure in our group. As your competent partner for all IT topics, our team of specialized administrators ensures a stable and secure IT environment.

In addition, we understand ourselves as an internal consultant and support our contact persons across the field in diverse technical subtasks of degewo request management, in tenders and awards as well as subprojects.

Communication & leadership: You take the professional leadership and disciplinary responsibility of the administrator team of currently eight employees. You are also available as a competent contact person for the specialist team and department management. Quality & security claim: You are responsible for controlling, monitoring and quality assurance of the task packages to be implemented in cooperation with our external service providers using KPIs and agreed Service Level Agreements. In close coordination with the IT security commission, you implement security measures and contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT protection level of degewo. Efficient Budget & Resource Planning: Your tasks include resource planning and controlling of the specialist team, budgeting and strategic planning of the IT budget in your area of responsibility. Proactive change & risk management: You ensure the proper IT-Change management for all the topics concerned and actively participate in IT risk management. Looking into the future: You are responsible for the planning, further development and implementation of the degewo IT architecture as well as the related standards.

Qualification & professional experience: You have completed a study of computer science, business informatics or an education and brings several years of professional experience in the management of technical teams. Expertise: You have a very good technical understanding of IT infrastructure and IT service structures (including VDI such as Citrix, LAN, WLAN, WAN, Microsoft Azure), ITIL, IT operational models and IT security. In addition, you know well in IT contract law according to EVB-IT as well as SLAs and Pönalen. Ideally, you have already gained extensive experience in implementing complex IT projects. Furthermore, professional domains and end-to-end responsibility are not foreign words for you. Personality: You are a dedicated and motivating leader and find effective and efficient answers to all challenges. With your colleagues you communicate clearly and authentically and contribute to a positive working environment. Language skills: You master the German language at a professional level and can safely move into meetings, presentations and written correspondence.

Remuneration & Extras: We pay according to the housing contract with holiday and Christmas money.
